No. You will usually eat too much because it all looks so good...And then you can barely move and just want to sleep...Like after Thanksgiving dinner...So, no.

No...I believe in the old fashion stuff. Home cooked meals.,at the table,surrounded by friends and family.That's the most healthy way to live.In many ways.
