I have stopped looking for something and just tried to look, to be aware in this moment. I have spent my life searching for something and it is only now that I have deliberately released myself from the search that what I was seeking is beginning to manifest. It is surrender of the need to search for love or God or whatever that allows us to become receptive to the love in the present moment.

There's an analogy about a fish who swam the oceans of the world looking for water and only at the end of his life did he give up his search and discover that what he was seeking was always there. The searching interferes with the experience.

yes - the way to communicate with others without always being drawn into their reality. I would like to set up a pre- match with rules and have a pre-communication- agreement that the ground of reality is either shared e,g. half time change ends or that there is an understanding reached beforehand about where each is coming from.
