agreed

it is called, the circle of life.
we must live to die, and die so that others can live.

You are talking like a mortal.

Without death who wouldn't know or enjoy life.

picked for processing? i think you better go work this out a little more then come back to us.

And it dosen't matter when you are the tree....

The point of living is for what you do while you are here - making the most of your life

Death is not the solution, it is the inevitable, live is for each to make a change for the future generations.

yeah man hes rite.
be happy with the life you have now and savor every last day as if it were ur last.

Death is not a solution; it's an inevitable outcome. Solution implies that life is a problem, which it's not. You choose which apple you are, so don't whine about it.

You live to have fun. Someday, scientists may create a device that lets humans come back to life. They have already frozen some people.

so we can tell others about God and how we can have EVERLASTING life with Him in Heaven. Heaven is perfect.... i'm not afraid of death cause i know i'll be with my savior!!!

Your rotting remains provide a fertile ground for the next generation of apple trees to grow. We're not as individual as we think we are.

Please get over yourself........someone always has it way worse than you.....ALWAYS! I know this probably will not make you feel better about your life, but just so you know there is someone right now who would wish to change places with you no matter how bad you think it is.

dude... I'm sorry to tell you this but our only purpose on the planet is to survive. we have no real purpose at all. if we did chances are we would have probably achieved it in the millions of years living things have been on this planet. so the best thing that you can do is just live for the small things in your life such as friends family jobs ect. because people who start asking the big questions such as why are we on this planet, you will go crazy.

this is your life and you have to live it.

so..you better like it.

Well, you get to eat ripe, juicy apples. And the apples that fall to the ground sprout new apple trees for another generation. The point of living is to provide for one another leave the world a little better off for the next generation (which we don't always do such a great job of).

I like this comparison to the tree, especially the apple tree. The tree being the tree of life and the apple having a reference to Adam and knowledge.
There is also a tale of the Salmon of knowledge who gained its knowledge from the nuts of the hazel tree that fell into the River Boyne.
Anyway the connection is the tree and its produce if you see? we grow and we produce the fruits of our experience that is passed on in the same way as that of the afore mentioned trees. In the tree, the roots that have provided the basic nourishment for the sappling to grow into maturity also provide the fruit with the goodness that they pass on. Of course you do mention those that fall from the branches to the ground and then return to the earth, returning the nourishement needed for the cycle to continue. So in thier own way they are just as important as every other part of the tree. So death is not so much a solution to life but in death life can be sustained. The thing of course is, that with the tree, it is not the tree that decides which survives and which doesn`t, nor is it the produce it bears. As in life we don`t have that decision to make but, unlike the tree we have the will to change the fruits we bring forth if we allow our roots to nourish our thoughts

Masses of humanity are thrown at the wall of time. Perhaps a few of us will achieve greatness, and perhaps even immortality as a result. In other words, perhaps something will stick to the wall.

This is the point of human life.
