Question:in ancient times there were no ac,no fans how they live and survive,does kings like alexander the great have any type of ac in there rooms? what about common public dont they die in hot weather.

modern enviroment is pollutated,that time pollution was less,they make of housesof that material that heat cannot came,in evening the enviroment was peaceful,see in modern world how much pollution is there.

Back in time people were much fitter than us, everything was done physically, they ate the right stuff.
We on the other hand lack the fitness, do our stuff with variety of machines and we eat junk food.
the more privileged people like kings and elite used to have servants with large hand fans, the poor class just take a dip in the water with their clothes on I suppose
