Sure, if you don't suck at dancing, then do it it private or you are an embarrassment. If you don't stink, it's a good way to meet the opposite sex. Confidence in yourself is an attractive trait.

It is OK to do everything that makes you happy (and don't offend or hurt others).
If you're having fun, of course it is OK.
Just don't do it if it makes you uncomfortable.

Perfectly Okay. In fact much preferred too. I do it all the time, when some music moves me almost involuntarily; or as an exercise. I'd always enjoyed solo dancing ever since I was a child!!!

Partnered is only one way to dance. There is also solo, or in a true / group. Examples of the latter two would be belly dancing and ballet, or even tribal folk dance.
