i loved it. great read. i'm sure hes right about ressentiment, but he dindt invent that did he? he could very well be right about religion, but i woudl like to think he's wrong on the formation of the soul.

all i remember when i read that in high school was that he was deeply in love with his sister. it's true and much was written on the subject. he sported on hell of a mustach but was a bit depressing on the whole.

Didn't read it, but here's a consideration: In ancient Greece they had gods that represented different types of vitality. Judaism and christianism have an omnipotent God, but ppl have responsibilities and need to be careful not to "break the good order of things". There is a ratio for every religion, they deserve to be studied because religions are the foundation of many men's lives.
