Laughter is the best cause when you laugh your living for the moment...just for the "it"...for the now...it beats feeling sad and depressed cause when you laugh your around things that you love...no grief or sorrow there....but I dont think those too will ever meet....or come across eachother...cause people dont laugh at funeralss....

Sorrow is just part of life. If you want it to, it can be a marvelous teacher that will carve the deep places in the soul.

Laughter keeps the soul alive and the wolves of depression, discouragement and regret away from the door. Laughter is the best tool we have against the vileness that life can bring to our door in the way of sabotage from within.

As in all things, there must be balance.

it good to laugh every now and then,,,,it makes u feel alive..

you need sorrow to appreciate happiness.. but it doesn't mean that sorrow is better than laughter..

That depends on the situation. Through sorrow we learn life's lessons if we allow ourselves to. Through laughter we learn not to take life too seriously. I know, it's a conundrum.
