Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Because : "Where there's a will there's an heir."

A heir is the person who will be given the money & all financial control over an impire wheter it be large or small.

I will probably be the heir to the depts of my mother LOL

?

Because all of our junk has to go to someone.

So we can inflate (LOL) our egos by feeling that we leave a legacy.

My heir is the son and the moon to me.

A person who is entitled by law or by the terms of a will to inherit the estate of another or A person who inherits some title or office. If u know the meaning then u can understand why there heir.

Because we believe that all real estate and other material things need OWNERS, and that people are those owners. When a person dies, his or her precious relationship with assets and debts is severed, and a ghost is created, called the Estate of _______., Deceased. The closest natural blood relatives are called heirs, and anyone named in a Last Will and Testament is called a legatee. Thus the ghost can be exorcised by connecting the property to new owners. Debts are not connected. They only get paid if there are enough assets, then the heirs and legatees get what's left, after lawyers and taxes of course.
