Just by your avatar you're probably either African American or at least some American of darker complexion. But don't hate me for saying so!

It does appear you may be in line to get married and possibly have a child on the way. You probably just landed a great job(or promotion) but also got a couple calls on other jobs you might have landed as well.

Because of your job, you're searching through some pretty nice townhomes for a place to live and with the current housing market in your favor you have many to choose from and good percentage rates coming your way.

Since you're in your early 30s you can't wait to be an awesome father or at least be on your way to becoming one.

You are about to leave college . You are about to start a new career and you will soon be getting married .

First let me say that I am very intuitive...for MY own life, but I'll take a swing at this for fun, cool?...ok...You are in your early 30's...you have been working hard to get to the point in life that you are...you are happy with the results of your hard work...but there is a major decision that you are facing that could possibly have a long-term affect on your life...hence your hestitation...You also have people around you with conflicting advice...people that you trust...

You are thinking what to do ? Join a good job coming on your way & geting married and settle down or join for the higher studies. Either these or any other two things in your ways mean, you decide as follows:
Take a two bit of paper piece and write down on it and role it.
Then pray yourself in front oyour favorable God and put in front of It. Call a small child to pick up one of it.You follow the one that come through your God's guidence. Good luck.
