Purpose is the ammo, principles are the barrel, vision is the sight, Wisdom is the target.

how bout... "the mind is the shooter, the principles are the weapon, the purpose is the mark."

basically,
the sharper the shooter(mind), and the more accurate the weapon(principles), the more likely he'll strike the mark(purpose).

I might borrow that.

I guess it is okay, but I'm never someone who wants to compare life or morals to a gun. It seems backwards to me.
