That's a paradox. The only constand is change, which contrradicts itself.

the idea of or action of is change and that is a constant, change alone is not because not everything is constantly changing at that given point and time but the idea that, the knowledge that it will change and that is a garanty that is constant.

Don't you answer your own question by calling it a "constant change". No one said a constant thing needed to be that same thing.
