Question:Where one person influences another person to practise an act?
For example, if someone else(friend) is doing it, then i get influenced and do it to..... (sumthing to do with consumer behavior.

"Herd mentality" in the olden days, more known among the younger generation who grew up with computers as "lemming mentality"(the everybody-else-is argument)

I think you're either looking for "Peer Pressure" or the "domino theory".

The latter is what they believed would happen if communism spread, and a few other things later.

It's called .. peer pressure. That's for people who can't think for themselves

The people are called sheep.

When a lot of people are doing something and many other people are thus encouraged to join the crowd in their particular party, then you have what is known as the "bandwagon effect."
