Question:Charisma comes from within a person. You recognize it when you see it. Some people say that you either have it or you don't. However, I believe that charisma can be a learned characteristic and those who don't have it can observe other charismatic people and adapt their characteristics to themselves and practice, practice, and practice. I believe that if you observe all of the actions and attitudes of a charismatic person and adapt them to yourself, you can learn to become charismatic. The key point of charismatic people is that they are genuine in character. Their values are communicated in the same manner with everyone. They respect others' viewpoint. They are good listeners and wait for the appropriate time to interject what they have to say. Charismatic people, from they are young, listen to their elders because they have more knowledge and experience than others. Students who want to be charismatic learn and implement what their elders have taught them. They don't cut others off when they are talking and they show intense interest in what others are saying. All charismatic people are memorable. They communicate well and what they say you remember it for a long, long time. They are memorable in our minds. Charismatic people want to be among other people because they think that what they say is important. Most charismatic people are leaders-and it shows. They are take charge people and get things done. Charismatic people are not complainers. They look for options in whatever they do and are positive. Charismatic people are role models for others. Charismatic people empower others. Well Kate, I'm really glad that you asked me this question because charisma is something that you are born with, it's just natural charm. You can't teach it, you can't work on it. And for some reason I think you probably have it.

It's something each one of us have.
