Well, to start out you must find them. When you find them face them and match their breath rate. Do this for a couple of minutes then it will be much easier to communicate with them. For starters it is very hard to communicate without seeing them. I am not on crack, ya' all. These are yogic techniques.

I think that if you concentrate very hard, you can. Try different times of the day, because if you do not know what time zone they are in now, your telepathic message will be lost if they are at work or busy commuting to work or having a difficult comparative existential philosophy exam .

Telepathic communication takes years of being connected with someone. Lots of sitting quietely and meditating together. If you don't have the time. You can try to connect in your dreams. When we dream, we are vulnerable to our emotions. So, before you sleep try to think of the person and what you want to say... Breathing deeply, using full lung capsity so that your feel slightly light-headed will give you the boost you need to feel spiritually connected. Think of the person and 'send' your message. It may take several tries but it should eventually work.

there are soooooo many ways to do this:

- put a personal ad out that you are looking for someone. i am sure you will get A LOT of responses. most will be from weirdos, wackos and nuts...but more than likely, that person should get a hold of you.

- offer a reward. say $1,000,000 (with the dr evil pinky thing) will be awarded to the one who finds whoever you are looking for. this is probably the fastest way!

- try and get on tv. you know those idiots that jump around news casters in live broadcasts? locate one of those shoots and jump around in front of the camera with a sign.

- go to their families place and just start living there. eat all their food, break their tv, complain about the lousy quality of life in their home. they will asap call the one you are looking for to come over and get you out.

- find some other friends to hang out with and then those friends and those friends will know someone...and eventually, with the theory of six degrees of separation, you should find that person.

There is some serious research that you can control you mind to send messages. You gotta practice. Relax and focus on who, what and where you want to send. The research shows people near a computer that cannot communicate and they can make the computer program speed up, move through a tunnel, enlarge the tunnel, go deeper into the tunnel just by thinking. Their brain waves are scanned and you can see the parts of the brain light up. Who knows, give it a try. Might work.
