No, but thank goodness it is only for the moment, even if it is a thought that comes back to make us unhappy, it is only for that moment. Your not crying your but off on the bathroom floor because your mother just passed away and you think boy I'm happy, or tommorow I'll be happy, or even soon I'll be happy. No you don't your sad and in the moment but thank goodness it only lasts for a moment. :)
