Question:What is the meaning of life? i thought its "To Live" am i right?

First you must ask what is life? Then you can ask about its meaning?

For some life is referring only to the tangential. Others regard the esoteric spiritual as the more appropriate for this question. And still others regard some sort of combination of the two. I belong to the later.

Quantun physics suggests that there are extra dimensions, parallel universes, places without time, substances of undeterminable material. They call themselves super string theory, M- theory and others.

I believe each person has some quantum energy that is a product of everything we do, speak and think. No prayer is ever wasted. Love has its affect. Every thought lives eternally. The soul is the sum product of our life.

So be careful how you nurture your soul. Seek truth. Practice love, and relish all that is beautiful. That is the meaning to life.

it is what it is to u... and if it to live then ur right

for me its TO LIVE and also LET LIVE

What is living? Is your answer right for everyone, or just for you. No one can answer this question for you or the twenty other people who ask it everyday. If you go and ask in the religion section you can get answers. 42.
peace and love

If some body asks you what is meant by 'to live'. There is a lot of difference between living and just existence. If you are satisfied with eating, drinking, copulating till your end, that is mere existence. That is what an animal does. Man only lives and he does that only when he finds some meaning in life. He gives and finds happiness in giving and spreading sweetness and light.

I think we evolve til we are ready for heaven. I don't think heaven is a place. It is a state of mind. I think living in the body is just a place we go like when we go off to school. We learn from everything & as we pass each test we feel better. If we fail a test we suffer. Most of the test answers are to use love, forgiveness, & all the good things.. It is done unto us as we believe so if we have a negative belief about something we will be blocked but if we have faith & keep clearing out the negatives we pass the test & are rewarded with having more of what we want in life It's really like a big game & dying just means we were fininshed here & are going on to something else. When we die we just take another form & are still with our loved ones in spirit. In the game of life what we put out comes back to us. We see people who are a reflection of us & they are showing us a part of ourselves that needs healing (coming together rather than separating). Our life is hell when we can't see that we create it & we choose to suffer. Our purpose in life is joy!

Life.A process on the earth by the energies which rules the earth. You cannot predict any thing on your life and decide what to happen each and every minute.Either it is written already or created in every minute we live.Only we can change how we want to take up the particular situation. That's how we can live happily.Take the very saddest moment also as a process of earth, you won't feel any sorrow in your life.
Life always to be lived by accepting as it is.

To me the meaning of life is to touch as many others in a positive way as I can.And to love unconditionally while being loved myself

Life is not a puzzle to be solved
but a mystery to be lived.......

Meanings are assigned with an intention, with word sound is used to communicate an idea that is the intention of a meaning that is assigned to a word.
With life it seems that the intention is for organized matter attempts to incorporate more matter and or information and energy into an organized self sustaining system of cooperation.
As I contemplate this, as it is inferred to be relevant as far as I am concerned, I have come to the conclusion that the universe through life seeks to become self aware by the systematic ordering of all the information that it contains.
As humans. through technology strive to become more prolific and efficient in collecting and using data or information or energy or matter or what ever you want to call all the stuff in the universe.

Study religion. Study the book : Minhajul Muslim (788 pages) by Abu Bakar Jabir Al Jazairy, available in almost all important cities of the world.

I too have asked that same question several times in my life concerning why I spend so much time studying for school and when I am not what should I be doing in my spare time. From what I believe from self-help books and psychology, life is best understood by living to learn. I quote Data from Star Trek: The Next Generation, "Man is a species that seeks infinitely more knowledge". Humanity will always learn something new and without that we would die because nothing would ever change. Once we find a sense of purpose in our work or a simple hobby that means something to us and so we can say we have found some meaning in our lives.

Yes, it is an unanswered question to most people. Do you know how many times this question has been asked already? That is proof in itself that no one really knows what the meaning of life is.

no its more of to evolve and become worthy of the best seats in heaven through your actions which are either passive or active

You can have a meaning "to your life" or make your life mean something but there is no meaning to life on the global scale. If you are an evolutionist then your answer will be that we constantly evolve into some higher and that is how the world will continue, there is no meaning behind that it is just a statement of factual events. If you are spiritual then God made us as an experiment (or testament) to his power and glory and our only meaning for existence is to serve His will and praise Him. We only look for a meaning to life because humans have an unquenchable thirst to know the meaning to everything and we can not accept that there is no meaning. We just "are"...
