Going to the mountains and seeing and smelling the fresh mountain air, listening to the birdies sing. Guess where i'm going this weekend?

  • Watching the trees sway in the breeze as I lay on a blanket outside in the sun reading a book and listening to India Arie play acoustic guitar in the background. I hear the grass rustling under a happy childs feet as he runs around in the park, soaking up the rays. My dog licks my feet out of affection and I slowly drift into a light sleep as the clouds play in the sky.

    rain definetly relaxes me.

    Thunderstorms, the sound of the ocean, the sound of a stream or brook, the sound of the wind, the warmth of the sun, the smell of spring or summer... early in the morning, rainbows.... but mostly sitting on the porch in the summer when it is raining.

    Night air and wind whistling through the cracks always makes me feel calm and serene.

    the calm of contentment, over the appreciation, me and my wife share for each other and who we are and the fact we found each other.

    The sound of water flowing or birds chirping.
