Ahh...Vanity, it's a *****! Insanity? Simply a perception off the beaten path to societies self righteousness. Yes there are more acts of "nutter flutters" at night. Isn’t it odd how the dark can some times make one feel less responsible, lonelier or even desperate?

i dont get it, unless nutters are craziess and in that case, yes. they do come out at night.

It depends on what area you live in! In some areas, the prostitutes and bad drug dealers do come out on the street at night. Of couse, in some big cities, this goes on openly in the day time, but in some big cities it is only open after dark. It is an old saying , but I say it just depends on what area of the United States you are in. Also, the old saying might refer to rats and roaches as they hide during the day and come out after dark. Are you talking about people or rodents? Bye!

It's impossible for two things to be an asset.

Vanity and insanity do rhyme but that's about all. They are still individual. Two separate things. They can't be 'an' asset.

And it's a complete fallacy that all nutters come out at night!
