Yes it is very true. Of course, if you are feeling good more good things will come to you. If you feel negative then bad things will come to you.
The 'world' is not giving you things. The universe is made up of gazillions of atoms which vibrate at certain frequencies. For example, if you think you hate money then you are not vibrating on the frequency of money, you are vibrating on the frequency of poverty.
You attract WHATEVER you think about, it is called the Law of Attraction. The Universe is limitless, there is plenty for everybody including you. Those in Africa who are starving, are there because it is what they manifested, whether from a previous life or not. It is what they thought about, so it was created in their Universe. Sounds harsh but it's true.

Yes. Very much so. Vibes exist and permeate your universe.

I don't know about others, well I do because I learned it from someone else, but it does work in my life....to the max.
