Why is there round?

I have often wondered why there is anything OTHER than round.

That is the only way that I don't get lost when I am going around in circles. Besides, what would a dog do three times before he lays down? Don't make life so difficult for me.

Round is not an idea. It is a real attribute to things. Its unique in that it has no edges, no points of discontinuity. The slope of its equation is always defined. In a world of undefined slopes, there must be some completely defined slope.

2. So the world could have a shape after Columbus made his voyage to the New World.
