Can God Bring you To Your Future Spouse?

Question:I mean like through the Holy Spirit or the uniting of souls? Or how would you call it exactly?

I am talking about before marriage. Is this something you pray about. And women do you go looking for a man in your life or wait for God to help bring in the correct man in your life?

And, women if you do wait for a man in your life, isn't that wasting time because a woman should search for a man?

If God exists in the daily interfering with our lives sort of way, I'm sure she/he could bring us all the spouses we could want. Would we be smart enough to recognize who God brings into our lives for that purpose? "Wow," you may say, "That new co-worker is the best! Smart, friendly, funny. Too bad she's flat chested or I'd go for her in a second." Then God shakes her/his head, sighs, and says, "Well, that's the fifth time I've tried to set him up. From now on, he's on his own."

Hell, I am not sure that he or anyone else for that matter can bring me to my current Spouse. She is checked out for lalaville sometime ago I'm afraid.

If God was a woman, shed slap the back of your head saying "Must I do everything for you? Sheesh"

On the other hand, maybe the questioner really is waiting for the proverbial sign from god.

I sincerely hope that only around 2 % of people are like that- lying in wait. No, that is not even good enough. It has to be only 0.02 % .

Waiting for God to introduce you to your future spouse should be declared perplexing and unreasonable behavior. Ask for advice from a godly person. Or frequent godly places.

God has a plan. a path for each of us. sometimes our paths become one like when you join with a spouse. definitely He leads you to your man. what should you do in the mean time? be open to people around you. do good work in your community. have goals and live a constructive life and it will lead you to a good match of a spouse. all the best to you. enjoy life!

I think if you really pray and it's the right time, yeah, I think God brings people into your lives, spouse or friend or family. God can do 'anything' with your prayers. =)

No one out side your inner force can hand you anything for yourself.Your motivation to launch an action gets result. If a woman will wait for a man ,she will have a long long wait.

To experience love is the blessed grace of a bountiful and loving God.

Church, and other spiritual endeavors, are an excellent place to make friends and find love.

IDK... what worked for me was finding a small liberal arts college with a high female to male ratio.

Look, God cannot guide you to the love of your life because God, quite simply, does not exist!
