Position:Home>Philosophy> If a man speaks in a forest and there is no woman to hear him, is he still wrong

Question:I'm sure he is. We may need an entire new branch of philosophy defining how many ways a man can be wrong!

obviously, cuz ya shouldnt be in the frickin forrest when theres chores to do at home and shes tired and needs to tell you about her day etc etc etc and on and on and onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

sure why not

Of course he is...he didn't have permission to speak.

How does he know he exists if there is no woman to tell him?

"STILL wrong"? I wasn't aware that it was wrong in the first place.

No it shouldn't be wrong.

I asked my wife, she said the answer is yes of course, are his lips moving? LOL.

Who is he talking to in the first place?

Need I say more? ;)

If a man is wrong, he is wrong no matter what ! Even if he has not spoken ! A woman can even accuse him of speaking silently or speaking in his mind !

No. There has to be a woman.

well, I would say it's like this, she can't prove him wrong, b/c she didn't hear it. Even if he told her what he said, she didn't hear it firsthand, so then, it's only hearsay and that's not admissable in court.
There is no mention of her saying anything, so if there's a wrong without a right, how could it be wrong?

Normally the evil deeds make a man wrong, like watching hours of football, not taking out the rubbish bin, not putting his cutlery into the dish washing machine and so on and so ...

If he speaks in a forest he cannot annoy a woman. So whatever he says could be wrong, or even what is worse stupid, but it "must not" be. So there is no direct cause and effect concerning this happening. If a man is so dependent on a woman's opinion about his being right or wrong, in the forest he might decide to think for himself or even better go into deep contemplation concerning his evil deeds and decide to only please the women in the future. This would be probably the most intelligent move altogether.

Hope this helped.

He is mad.

if the man has not taken anyone with him...or if there is no human life in the forest how can he expect a woman to answer. What is this question of right or wrong? why should it be wrong? Please elaborate on the question i din understand anything.
