Why do some people keep on answering in yahoo answers? Is it boredom, got nothin

Question:yes!!! its about the boredom, when you are sitting at home doing nothing, instead of watching tv you can come here and help people.

It's all about the points -- you become a "point junkie" after you reach level 2.

I like helping people.

Why not its better than other stuff on the web.

Why do people ask questions in Yahoo! Answers?

It may be boredom.

I'm working on my 2nd book, about "pop philosophy." That is what this forum amounts to. 90% of the students who ask "what is the meaning of life" have never opened a philosophy book.

But occasionally I run across a good philosopher who makes me think--hard. I like putting my mind to the test of finding the right answer.
