Position:Home>Philosophy> Provide an example of an empirical (external sense) proposition and a moral propQuestion:Explain why each proposition falls under the category that it does. Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Explain why each proposition falls under the category that it does. Propositions by their nature are non-empirical, i.e., conceptual. So you are using the wrong words. They are propositions of empirical existence, and propositions of concepts, in this case, concepts of "morality." I can only guess which definition of "morality" your teacher is using! Empirical: My shoes are on my feet. A rock is insentient. You are not me. Moral: The good is what is good for everyone. The good is good for its own sake.
