Question:why was george bush president?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: why was george bush president?

Is it right to have the death penalty? I used to think no. Then I was surrounded by people who molest, kill, rape. Some have remorse, a lot don't. many repeat. So what is the right answer? Watch them continue to hurt, or end the pain? Tough question.

We don't. We kill people who are guilty of killing people who are innocent to show people that killing people who are innocent is wrong. See the difference?

I dont understand that either. I think if you kill someone, you should sit there, in your jail cell, for the REST of your life. It shows how life sucks. And let you think about what you did. I'm sure people who murder people are glad to be on the death penalty. just so they dont have to suffer in a jail cell.

First of all I don't know what you're getting at. Are you trying to be self-righteous or philosophical? We kill to make examples of others. They put the fear of God into people and hopefully they'll be too scared to kill. Answer your question sunshine?

I doubt it is to make an example and show people it is wrong.

I do think it is deserved, and shouldn't be outlawed in any state.

Eye for an Eye. <--------- no, it doesnt make the whole world blind

People who are innocent of killing innocent people are also killed. Anything done by humans is imperfect. That's why we should try not to judge others.

Because we're idiots.

They who take lives, deny their victims of the right to their lives. To condemn the perpetrators of murderous acts is to enact justice, and also as a measure of deterrence which will help preserve the rights of innocents.
