Firstly are you absolutely sure htat it is bored that oyu are rather than sad. Boredom is rather like a rackety feeling that we can insert when the real one is not allowable.
So first of all check that there are no other feelings around being masked by boredom. Like depression - sadness anger.

Then ask your self some searching questions.

especially

"What activity would get me enthusiastic?

Unfortunately it isn't up to the world to excite us, we are responsible for our own happiness.

It might help you to have a list of activities that you really do like for yourself without needing anyone else.

Okay. Do you think you are the only one who has ever felt like that. We all have. do you expect to be entertained? Turn on the telly. Go see a show. Window shop. Have a nice warm bath or shower and curl up; in bed afterwards. Tomorrow is another day. Quite frankly, my dear, the world does not give a damn.

So what's bugging you?

You are worth it....
just keep repeating that.
After you have repeated that for awhile trying repeating;
I AM WORTH IT......several times.
You will be surprised how affective a simple statement can be on your state of mind. It will also do wonders in sparking interest in other things.

How can you be bored? There are millions of things to do. I understand your feelings....that used to be me, before i took up my pencil and notepad and started drawing. By using my imagination, I realized then that I was not alone, that my feelings were shared by many, many other people.
You probably need to get out of your abode more. Were I you, I would go for a long walk....
