It is foolish as well as childish to indulge in the kind of misdemeanor you suspect this person to be doing..... because self-deception is no gain nor deception either...... if you think deeply about it, you would see that it is nothing short of hurting oneself in the way an ignorant child may do, because all it does is demeaning one's own self-esteem and that is too high a price to pay for no real gain.

I, however, appreciate your keen observation, since the first step to eradicate injustice is to recognize it in the first place and confront the perpetrator.
