I agree.
Change itself is consistent.
Everything is in constant motion.
Everything contains truth and value.
Life could be considered an Everlasting, Consistent movement of fluctuating truths and values.

Disagree. The change within the flash of your camera from unlit, to lit, back to unlit has value in that your picture would be dark and undescernable without it.

NO. It's more important that the person try out lots of different things...then experience will alter the person forever...changes are no longer important...who measures little changes?...we want to see the big pic.
