yes brother,it will be matter of proud to come under one flag that is respected through out the world in all the different religions countries. really it was a big mistake 1947 that we divided in the name of religion and in 1971 even the one religion also divided in the name of language .now dear fellows the time come that we must unite in the name of humanity. humanity is the biggest of all the religions and other things. hope this good moment must come very soon.every body will love it.about politicians and the politics of the world can not do any harm if the people of both sides become one.so let us forget about separation and celebrate about unity.GOD is one,HUMAN is one NATURE is one. and let us be one. thanks.

This is not something not practical. But before that we need to get rid of all the politicians on both sides who likes to divide and rule.
We have muslims living across our country. We cherish each others values and live harmoniously.

Despite various odds India with so many States, religions, casts has managed to remain united. Barring few phases, we have had political stability in the country. Though governed by some corrupt and inefficient people periodically, masses in general have accepted it as with a pinch of salt.
The recent developments in India in general and economic boom in particular has switched on the key for swift growth. Against this what is happening in Pak is not hidden.
Against above scenario situation in Pakistan is all together different. Under the above circumstances it will be best if Pakistan refrains from indulging in terrorist activity on Indian soil and sets its own house in order by concentrating on political stability and growth.
It is certainly a wishful thinking but considering the progress in India and dwindling scenario in Pak it is a big No.o..o...o....My above comment is based on the negative/lukewarm response that we have had from our dear neighbour with regard to past efforts to improve relation.

Your question does has a point but in real life i do not think that it is possible because the politicians and dictators would never allow this to happen.
Even if partition had not happened in 1947... i am sure by now we would have been divided with lots of civil unrest and wars as it happened in Balkans.

Yeah if India & Pakistan was one then i think we would have been a super power now.

I think it is extremely unlikely that Pakistan will want to be a state of India again. Whenever the Hindus and the Muslims come into contact, they start fighting with one another.

This question should be there in politics, any how in philosophical terms, why would you want only pakistan to join?I'm dreaming of bringing together the whole world.

well Pakistan has its own respect and sovereignty amongst the world nations and i dont think it should become a state of India...........i am an Indian and i do have respect to Pakistan as a nation.............independent nation

Our own Indian states are getting divided - Jharkand, Uttranchal, etc.

Taking into consideration the present political situation in Pakistan I think it will get divided further. Question of uniting with India will arise much much later.

Indians and Pakistanis peoples have no feeling of enemy in their minds, in either USA or any other place, they talk or behaves like friend, the politics and leaders have existed this problem,

in USA, when we meet a person and finds Pakistani or bangladeshi, feel that they are from out neghibouring co;untry , and feel relief in foregin country,

we , indians , or pakistani people may accept this union, but some wicked men didn't like it and they divide this hindustan, into india and pakistan,
