Or Charles Manson, or Adolph Hitler, or Napoleon, or Henry VIII, the child rapist murderer on your street eying your kids, the kids who shot up the schools, the man who built the A-Bomb, the pilot who dropped them on Japan, Lee Oswald, ....... I can keep going.

Without violence we wouldn't need Jesus (and through the birth of Jesus, thousands were murdered in his name) or Ghandi. If there were no sicknesses we wouldn't need penicillin. Contemplating these things will not change the reality of what is. Only create fanciful ideas of what could be.

This is a specious question since every child that actually does exist would have been genetically different if a different sperm had fertilized the egg. There can be no doubt that there may have been a number of Gandhi and other moral geniuses that have been aborted, but by that kind of math, we have aborted a larger number of criminals since for every Gandhi and Jesus there are millions of immoral people.

For every one of those great person, there are tens of murders, thieves, drug dealers, rapists, robbers. Your math kind of back fired.

I could not justify your point knowing that one child could potentially suffer a life time of harm and abuse by the parents -- or lack of their love. A senseless death on one hand, a potential life time of suffering or greatness to humanity on the other.

How does one measure? Who are we to made a general decision since we do not even have all the facts -- only speculations...
