There are only so many personality traits and only so many combinations of them. When people get the wrong first impression about you, it means they have never met someone quite like you. I have met people who not only act the exact same way, but actually look exactly the same and talk and have specific mannerisms, and even the same missing teeth. It is really amazing when you run into this sort of thing. But at the same time you sort of expect it. I would say about half and half. You really cant say either yes or no 100% of the time Pretty much yes. no Generally....and sad to say....Yes. Yes and no. Could be totaly right, or 50\50. yes - I have found it so no do not believe in first impression because people are usually nervous the first time meeting more often then not but by no means "always" On the average ... yes NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! defenatly not! you first impression is always *the most important*. is it always right? you only know if the interviewer or people who are observing you tell you it is. oh, and for me. NO, i've had many bad practice interviews. my teacher always keeps correcting me. no is not, i believe what comes after that is what matters i would have to say.. yes.. works with answering exams too.. i found that if i change my answer, ill soon find out that my first answer was right.. nope even if it's 79.9 percent right. there is something always wrong about it. no, I always think a girl is a ***** and a guy is a dick. 5 years ago I thought this new girl at school looked like a ***** and shes been my bestfriend since ;) I was right about my ex bf tho... no...it takes time for me to uderstand a person or situation. Are you talking about the first impression of a person? No, it's not right. There is too much about human nature to be judged at a glance. Some people refuse to dig deeper for reasons someone might have a lackluster self-presentation. First impressions are not fair at all. If they were, we would elect the president, Miss America style. NO I was in love with a man. I hadn't seen a side of him that was a deal breaker. No it's not as its only an assumption. People assume too much these days to the stage where it becomes a bad judgment. This actually depends on the situation, if its impression about a person, then may work the first time around, and in some cases may not, depends on how the person presents himself. But speaking about decision making and problem solving, its more like a gut feeling, rather than a first impression, and in most cases the gut feeling turns out to be right. In my case, yes, always. There is nothing like the woman's intuition! yes.. Notta. If your bi-polar like me notta. lol. I'd have to say it's not the most important, but the most effecting.
