By pushing aside the bad memories and the thoughts that bring depression. I visit those who inspire me. I thank God for not making things worse for me. I live with whatever I have and don't crave for what others have.

If you are depressed, and there is no reason for it, see a doctor. Get some help.

I listen to music, write about what I'm feeling, do something for myself (read a book, paint my nails), talk to a friend, or go for a walk.

Well first, let the hair of a grey beard grow, and let the hair on your head bald off. I'm not saying litterally of course, but mentally. Let your problems run you over, so you can just get back up and try again. When you are offered a job of some sort, take it high head and head on. I'm sry to say my friend, but you don't sound willing enough to do what it takes to be always happy. What you need is a spirit boost. Start looking into a religon and learn more about it, and see if you like it, and go into it. Doesn't matter; christian, catholic, satanism, atheism, ect/ect, anything is good. Some people will say that some reli-G's are dark but not always.

Easy Steps..

1)Write down all your problems, in detail.
2) Absorb them and look for why it isn't someones fault for ones involving other people, look on how you can fix it, and how to make better out of everything
3) Evualuate relationships with others, get to know them better and let them get to know you.
4) Always give compliments to others and renforce them positivly.
5)DO the Cha cha slide
6) Find a hobbie that interests you and friends or just yourself
7) Analzye any problems left and notice they aren't that bad, and it can get worse if you don't keep positive.

whine- its psychologically prooven to help you relieve the tension that keeps you from being happy. If you don't have anyone to whine to, then just start typing your stresses down. You will become a confident happier energetic person in no time.

If you're happy all the time, you have amental disorder or you're not paying attention.

The operative words are "STRIVE to be happy" - you won't always be there.

But forcing yourself to recognize the good and bad things that are happening to you helps a lot. Often we concentrate on the bad things and ignore the good.
