I think we all ask the question "Why". But we shouldn't. I am a very spiritual person. I think when we do ask this question were are actually questioning our creator. Also questioning the almighty, and always worrying about things that we have no control over and can't change is a sign of a lack of faith. God doesn't have to give us an answer to anything. It is not written that we are suppose to understand anything. All God has to do is say be and it is done. Things don't have to made clear to actually get an answer. Most people ask the question "Why" and answer it with a question anyway. Think about it. By the way which is more important to you, The answer to "Why" or your faith in your creator's decisions?

i believe the only answer to why is...

why not

it's not about answering it...it's about convincing those who deny it!

I dont think there is a definitive answer.

but yes I say ''why??'' all the time!

I ask "why" to everything we believe is real

I did a lot when I was getting my minor in philosophy. Not just about why I was doing that--I did it because I could and I wanted to. But I frequently look at my motives for doing things and wonder why things are the way they are. I doubt I'll ever come up with a definitive answer, but it does keep me thinking.

Because this answer makes ten thousand points. Thanks Mulder, and rumors of my demise are always exaggerated. Time for a cup of Joe...

It's a rare day when I DON'T ask "why?"
We are blessed/cursed with this thinking brain that wonders and reasons, looking for order in a world of apparent chaos.
On balance, despite the general angst, I am happy to ask "why?" - because the alternative is to shut off and miss the absolute joy that occasionally fills me when I make a breakthrough in my thinking.

the only answer to why is equally vague...
because
why? because that's how life is.
why? because there's nothing you can do about it.
why? because it doesn't have to make sense.
why? just cuz

I do but I haven't got a definitive answer. After I almost died in 2006 I asked myself why did I live? Why am I here? Should I have died? Was it my time and I cheated death and therefore suffer? I have no idea but I AM here and can only try to be a good being.

Don't matter what you ask, you can still respond "Why?" It never ends.

How come everybody is asking about that one word tonight? You're about the umpteenth person to use that word or question that word categorically.
Very strange tonight.

i dont ask my self why, i ask my self why not

Oh my yes I do dear. And as for answering myself, I find I give myself more intelligent answers then most people would. Unless it's something I know nothing about, then I call on my friends.

It's like you can be sitting all by yourself and here comes someone with a problem.. I'm holding the phone away from my ear while they're talking because of course.......a problem. I go to the store minding by business once again and here comes preganant Ann and her 5 kids. I'm about to go away.

Sure! Why not?

yeah.

the answer was "because".

Yes I asked "Why" & the answer was my existence gave the Saved a purpose in their life, after all if I wasn't here who would they have to convert.

yes. daily. Usually my answer to me is "because you are a dumb a**".

Always and the answer is to save my daughter who is addicted to opioid and if I would not stand by her she would be lost forever. I endure endless pain from my boyfriend just to pay for her treatment.

guilty. would love to tell you how stoic i was when my son had an illness that came close to killing him. Why.....didn't drs. listen to me each time i brought him in? i could share moret of my why questions..........but.....learn what happened.....apply it to future events. it's alright to question....find a solution and hold no bitterness.

Yes, I do believe I have been asking that question, among others, all my life. I have found some really amazing answers. I guess when you dwell on the same question, eventually, you find an answer. I have also found that the human mind has some serious limitations, and I have to say I feel very frustrated about that fact. It seems we get so far with answering all the whys we have and cannot seem to go any farther. Maybe that is why computers were invented. However, I also am amazed at how much good there is in the world, in spite of the limitations. It makes our existence seem miraculous at times...

yes all the time on many things
