if you really cares about your friend you should talk with and advise that this behaviour has no end except putting you into one end of troubles to come, choices are very personal here, and you will sure understand then if he/she can change for the better or not....

i would correct if he doesn't listen i will kick him

Change friends, tell your friend why you are concerned and that you dont want to be involved and walk away.
If you get tangled up with the wrong doing it will on your police record forever**

I would talk about it.....just talking and getting angry behind their backs won't do Any good...i would talk to her/him...and sort it out...then it would depend on them..how they react....if they are my real friends...they would stop it...if not...then go on...:+!
