Position:Home>Philosophy> Can you "phase" in & out of our particular reality if you're philo

Question:The only "particular reality" is the one each of us finds ourself in individually, even if we are in a crowd.

The only way to "phase" is to chose to be conscious or not.

"Consciousness is the faculty of awareness—the faculty of perceiving that which exists." Do you know of another "particular reality"?

Consciousness is "your mind's freedom to think or not, the only will you have, your only freedom..."

"Phase" out if you wish, but don't expect that when you "phase back in" your "particular reality" will be as you expected it to be.

Yes, or you can try drug induced...but I will not recommend it...

yes. it's all about one's infallible opinion. It follows that you can and able to come out right from what is wrong, and vice versa without giving traces of connotation from others.

Maybe that's why philosophy is so interesting. Is that what it is when you get in that comfort zone only achieved with true deep reflection. I don't know but maybe you are right it is like phasing in and out of reality.

One'll just find himself feeling disconnected half the time.
I don't know if thats what you consider 'phasing'.

Only if you're also on the cast of Star Trek.
