Absolutely! Not necessarily every time but I think that situation is more common that people would like to imagine. For most people, it is rare to remember dreams - that's probably why this kind of thing has never been studied. We all affect eachother when we interact - especially with people we feel close to. There are many funny/strange things that happen to people - some can be explained while others can't. The dream world is shrouded in mystery - I for one have asked myself this same question. I have found friends that have had dreams on the same night as me that have been eerily like my own, almost to the last detail...
