Communicating can be more than functional.....it may be refined to an art. Conveying your thoughts to others is tricky....see, you must adjust to their thinking in order for them to "receive" your ideas. ......I really believe it is more difficult to be a good listener. That's the reciprocal.

If I try to give you something and you don't take it, who has it?

neutral.without the positive charge, the negative is nothing.

I read a Chinese proverb once it goes like this: "It is not known who is wiser the one who lend the book or the one who return it." But was emulated by the first answer so it is still the holder. so the moral lesson is do not convey knowledge, i mean message.

i would say the responsibility is equal on both sides.
the one conveying the message is responsible for telling the message correctly and the one receiving the message is responsible for listening and fulfilling the message, depending on what the message is.

The person conveying a certain message has a responsibility to communicate it accurately. Beyond this, whether it is received or ignored becomes a whim of the receiver.
