What gives you hope & an optimistic outlook in YOUR life?

Question:In other words, what keeps you going like the ENERGIZER bunny? For me, it’s music (I LOVE music!), the desire to learn & explore new things. I love travel, fun, & adventure. I’d like to learn new abilities that I have that I never knew I had. Sometimes, I feel like I don’t know how to do ANYTHING. I’d like to get married, have kids, & live long enough to see my GRAND kids. I hope to get out of debt & have the car, the house, & the MAN of my dreams. I know I’m thinking too high, but I wish I was very financially wealthy.

I write down a wishlist on every aspect of my life - from finance to romance to everything else. They make me the Energizer Bunny. Because everytime I look at them and re-read them, they flow some adrenalin inside of me to make them come true.

I believe nothing is too high for me. It would be a great satisfaction too if I can do what other people think I can't.

PS : Read motivational books, only hear and see the positive of others can give a great contribution to your optimism too.

Get the man, and the rest will follow. But money doesn't bring happiness, it only brings financial stability -- meaning that you are free to think/worry about others things besides where the next dollar is coming from. And something you may find yourself thinking about is that the man of your dreams is stuck in the realm of fantasy. Look for a friend rather than an ideal, and you will improve your chances of finding both him and happiness.

Love - emotional closeness with others.

My cat, the love of the life I am leading, my son and stepchildren, my grandchildren, myself (for only I can make myself happy and satisfied with my life). The fact that I take responsibility for all my thoughts, words and deeds.
BTW, I have little money and live in a converted bus. The trick is to be satisfied NO MATTER what situation you find yourself in.

Inspiring moments and people keeps me going.
Music, as well keeps my spirits up. Inspiring writers and musicians and even songwriters. (Like one, in my family.)
I also love to travel and have fun.
I guess I could even say, in some ways, God, the Creator keeps me going-I want to be a part of His kingdom, although most days it is hard, when you observe the world around you, day-to-day.
