Base the majority of your thoughts, words, and actions in believing, and the law of attraction must obey you.

I do agree with this statement. But it's all a matter of perception. Because I ask Me, Believe Me, and Receive because I put forth the effort and work myself. I believe in me.

Believing is easy. Its allowing another to help you, "receiving," that is often the most difficult.
Unless you mean this as in "recieving the benifits." Then you're really setting yourself up for failure.
