Tangible:
2. real or actual, rather than imaginary or visionary: the tangible benefits of sunshine.

The quality is a virtue; virtues are used to gain or keep values. We use wisdom to gain or keep values.

The quality, the virtue, is not tangible.
Its effects are tangible.

Wisdom is aquired by experience I don't believe it is innate.

yes, and only insofar as events cause changes in your brain and experience and knowledge is with which wisdom is built therefore you could measure or quantify, or sort of touch wisdom since it is basically the specific "shape" of a given brain. but we don't know yet to identify the difference between wisdom or lack thereof simply by analyzing the shape of a brain.

Wisdom is the tangible evidence of experiences. Growth through making good and bad decisions; always learning; learning vicariously as well. Listen to others, accept what you believe, think on what you do not.
