Question: Can i get a good distorted sound out of a Gibson Burstbucker Pro!?

Sure - it's a modern pickup with a fairly high output!. A lot of the distortion sound depends on what you plug into - pedals, amp, effects, etc!. Some amps have a decent distortion sound right out of the box, but unfortunately many do not!. I would suggest going to a Guitar Center or other music store that has some guitars in stock with Burstbuckers, like the Les Paul Studio, and plug them into the amps and try for yourself!. But most likely, you'll need a good pedal to get a really high-gain distortion sound!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
