Hey everyone,

I was wondering if I get an acoustic electric guitar, what type of amp would I need!. Would any guitar amp work!?

How about this one:

also, what acoustic-electric guitar would you recommend that's around the 300-500 dollar range!. I've self-taught myself on a bum old acoustic for a while!.

Any help would be appreciated!.

Any Amp will work with it, but only an amp specifically made for Accoustic guitars will give you a good clean sound!. They also often have a second input line for a Microphone!.
This might be a better choice for you!.

But you should try as many as you can find in your price range!. A PA system, or a bass amp can also work to amplify your acoustic-electric guitar!.

Yamaha is a good brand, and the on board tuner is a great feature!. other good brands are Ibanez, Fender, Epiphone, Ovation, Breedlove, Martin, Takamine, Laguna, Seagull, and Washburn!. I always recommend playing as many different guitars in your price range as you can find!. One will probably stand out for sound comfort, and playability, buy that one!. Play them plugged in to the same type of Amp get as well, they will sound a little different plugged in!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hi Chasing

That is a very good little amp!. You also have the line 6 Spider which has lots of guts as well!.

As for a acoustic-electric, you cannot go wrong with Takaminie!. you are getting quality, god sound, awesome fingerboard, and beautiful finish!. The guitar is solidly built and will last you forever if you take care of it!.

Here is the link!.!.!.

These two fit good teogether since the Takamine also has active EQ built in!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
