you need to go to a store that specializes in selling dance apparel and shoes, so they have a huge selection!. also, you need to tell the clerk that you are looking for your first pointe shoes, and if they don't offer to size you, LEAVE IMMEADIATLEY!. pointe shoes are a very unique shoe, and you need to have someone that knows what they're doing help you try on pairs and pairs and pairs so you can find the ones that fit and feel the best on your foot!. i cannot tell you a specific size because some teachers like them tighter than others, and some girls need a harder shank, etc!. its all about you, and you need to get fitted for them rather than trying to figure out what to do on your own, you could risk ruining your feet for the rest of your life!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ask your teacher - presumably they have said that you're ready to go up en pointe so they are the best person to ask for advice!. They'll probably have their own preference as to what type of shoes you should get, or at least where to get them!. If your teacher has not said you're ready to go en pointe, then don't!
