Question: What exercise should I do everyday to get ready for my first dance audition!?
I just finished up my second year of college and declaring my major (finally :)) as dance studies/performance and I have to audition in a month or two to get into the theatre/dance department at my school!. I am in pretty good shape right now, but I want to get tighter and more toned in my stomach/legs!. What would you suggest!?!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Be sure not to do the same thing every day - you won't benefit as much if you were to mix it up and cross train!.

I would recommend jogging 2-3 times a week and mix in some (light) weights utilizing one of those big balls to help tone your core as you use the dumbbell weights!. High repetitions with low weights!. If you have a membership or can get in on a pass, the YMCA has a weightlifting class called "BodyPump" that will teach proper weightlifting mechanics/form!. It's a great class & fun!.

Lap swimming is a great exercise too!.

Good luck on the audition!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
