Question: How do i get to be an actress or a dancer!?

i really love acting and dancing and i really want to be both or just one/
My dream is to become an actress or dancer!.!.!. were do i start, how do i start!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

start by taking lessons at studios!.
join a theater group and put on local shows at local theaters, in which you ahve to sing, dance, and act!.

for instance, i belong to a theater group and we just finished doing jesus christ superstar and a chorus line!. it's so amazing!. and you never know who might be watching!.

then, join a dance studio and take lessons in all the classes they offer!.
i take seven as of now!. (ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, hiphop, modern) and after a year or two or even three try out for their competition team!. I didn't get in until my second audition, and it could take longer! so be patient!

In your school, work on the plays and musicals, take and performing arts electives, chorus, band, dance, drama, anything!.
join the drama club o dance squad if there is one!.

and depending on your age, start looking at high schools/colleges that offer dance and acting!.
I am a junior in high school so I am looking at columbia, nyu, fordham, juliard, and george washington u because they all have great dance programs, and i am a dancer!. (:

also, take every opportunity seriously and go on every audition possible!.
NEVER LET ANYONE GET YOU DOWN OR GIVE UP!!!!
