How do I stop huffing on my flute?

Question: How do I stop huffing on my flute!?

Once in a while when I am playing my friend says I will huff and that is bad!. I want to know how to stop that!. I am trying to make my notes shorter and some of the notes are straight eighths do I do those tounge tricks by says tu ku or something like that!?

Tongueing (doing that "do-do-do" thing with your tongue) is vital when playing the flute, but never ever try to "sing" on to your flute with your throat!!! also, make sure that your diapraghm is activated all the time when blowing!Www@QuestionHome@Com
