I can go low!.!.!.not too low, and i can go high, but not like Mariah Carey high!. I only like modern songs, like on the radio!. Please help me! Quick! Please and thank you!Www@QuestionHome@Com
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Hello Angela It depends on your voice!. Some voices sound best in specific music styles (Mariah Carey, Leona Lewis, Tina Turner)!. Once you have a style, choose a song that means something to you!. Believe it or not, sometimes missing a couple of notes isn't as bad as not feeling the song (not that singing out of key is good!) In case that you have to sing a cappella or the jury is not from the music industry choose a song which original doesn't have too many instruments!. You see, people usually know the original and the chances that your voice a cappella sounds as good as a top artist with a perfect arrangement are not the best!. On the other hand, a song like "Only Hope" by Mandy Moore, that only has a piano at the beginning gives you very good chances of convincing people that your voice is as good as the original!. Be careful with artists like Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion etc!. There is a reason why they are superstars!. Their songs are really difficult to sing and you can fail miserably if you don't do it right!
