Hi Owen

You can check out Sabian!. They are very well known and inexpensive!. I suggest the new AAX series but, it's up to you!.

Their is a lot of different crash!. Here is a link:

Since you're a beginner, don't buy an expensive cymbal!. Buy something B8 Bronze such as Zildjian ZBT or ZXT or the Sabian B8!. Use that for about a year!. If it hasn't cracked by then, then you know your technique is good and then you go a buy a Meinl Byzance crash!.

If it does crack!. Then your technique is bad and keep practicing with crap cymbals before you spend the big bucks!.

Just remember though!. Meinl Byzance!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would suggest buying some Paiste Pst 5 cymbals!. In my opinion they sound better than the ZIldjian ZXTs or the Sabian B8s!. Great cymbal for the price!. It cost around $80 for a 16inch rock crash one!.

If you're looking for a high-end cymbal i would really recommend Zildjian A Custom series!. Awesome cymbals!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
