It means it will be accepted!.

it would be the same as lets say:
You have a coupon for a store, but there was an expiration date!.
the coupon would be honored within the dates printed on it!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

honored = accepted, valid, etc!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it means that they will accept your ticket as valid, and let you do what ever you ticket entitles you toWww@QuestionHome@Com
