Question: How does one hold a flute so that it doesn't slip and one can correctly form the notes!?
IN an attempt to learn to play the flute, this one rented one and found them to be very SLICK and hard to hold!.

What does one do when ones right hand is not holding down the keys or pads and when ones left hand is only holding the last key to make C above C4!?

How does one go quickly from the D above the C above C4!?

This one figured out the melody of several songs but only up to the first octave above C4, this one almost has a consistent tone (almost) although the tone jumps an octave when such is not being sought!.!.!.

Practicing for two hours today made my hands very tired!

Any advice, suggestions, "tricks", etc!. will be very sincerely appreciated!.

Thanks to all for your assistance!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Clearly, you need a teacher!. Trying to explain these thing online would take far longer than a teacher could show you, and also help YOU to be able to do! You have issues with grip and balance, tone formation, octave change, and ergonomics - and that are only the things that YOU have identified - a teacher will find more things they can assist you with!. Pick up the phone TODAY!. If you say you cannot afford a teacher, then expect do NOT make any progress, and quite likely injure yourself; you are doing things VERY wrong, and you are repeating them for 2 hours a day!.
